The Hampta Pass Trek is a scenic adventure starting from Manali, taking you through beautiful valleys, rivers, and mountains to Chandratal Lake. Over 5–6 days, trekkers pass places like Jobra, Chika, and Balu Ka Ghera, cross the high-altitude Hampta Pass, and descend to Chatru before returning. The trek includes camping, meals, and guides, making it a perfect moderate-level Himalayan experience.

Day 1 (Ahmedabad to Pathankot/Firozpur Cantt.)
• Departure from Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar to Pathankot/Firozpur via train.

Day 2 (Arrival at Pathankot/Firozpur Cantt.)
• Arrival at Pathankot/Firozpur and evening departure for Manali.

Day 3 (Arrival at Manali – A Day for Acclimatization)
• Reporting at Manali campsite. After getting fresh, free time to explore nearby places.
• After having lunch, preparation for the next day trek.

Day 4 (Manali to Jobra to Chika)
• Reach Manali second base camp.
• An energetic briefing session will be held between trekkers and trek guides.
• After the briefing session, we will drive from Manali base camp to Jobra village, where the trek starts. From Jobra, the hike starts to Chika.

Day 5 (Chika to Balu Ka Ghera)
• After having breakfast, we’ll begin our hike from Chika to Balu Ka Ghera (named because of the territory of bears), as it is a hibernating place for bears in winter.
• The trek will be filled with challenges and picturesque scenes as we cross different rivers and streams and experience the beauty of nature.

Day 6 (Balu Ka Ghera to Hampta Pass to Shea Goru)
• We will aim to leave the campsite by 7 AM because the trek ahead is long.
• We will go from Balu Ka Ghera to Shea Goru. It will take approximately 4–5 hours to reach Hampta Pass, and from there a few more hours to descend to Shea Goru.
• There will be a steep descent to reach the Shea Goru campsite, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset view of Hanuman Tibba Peak.

Day 7 (Shea Goru to Chatru to Chandratal Lake)
• Today we head towards Chatru, which offers breathtaking and unforgettable views of the valleys of Lahaul and Spiti. Chatru is the focal point of three routes: Hampta Pass, Rohtang Pass, and Spiti Valley.
• This stretch of the trek will be followed by a jeep ride to Chandratal. If the weather is favorable, you will be camping near Chatru.
• The trail may be slippery. Snowfall can be seen at the beginning of summer; later only patches of snow remain.

Day 8 (Chatru to Manali & Check Out)
• After breakfast, jeep ride from Chatru to Manali. Our first stop will be Manali, which we will reach by lunchtime after crossing the Atal Tunnel.
• Check out and journey towards your destination with adventure memories.

Day 9 (Arrival at Pathankot)
• Arrival at Pathankot in the morning (timing may vary depending on weather, traffic, or other conditions).
• Catch your train towards Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.

Day 10 (Arrival at Hometown)
• Arrival at Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad around 02:00 PM with adventurous memories.

• Departure from Delhi/Chandigarh via AC Volvo Bus (bus timing between 06 PM to 09 PM, as per availability).

  • The organiser has all the rights to modify/change/cancel the itinerary and that may / may not be informed to the participants.
  • Trip organizer will not responsible to provide any kind of medical support and legal support except basic first aid.
  • No person/Organization will be responsible for any loss of the luggage or valuables carried by the participants.
  • Due to heavy snowfall if road will block the organization has rights to change the schedule.

1. Nature of the Camp
➢ This is an adventure & trekking camp, not a leisure tour. All facilities, activities, proposed schedules/itineraries, and services are subject to weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle strikes, forest permit issues, government restrictions, local situations, or safety concerns.


2. Itinerary & Schedule Changes
➢ In critical situations such as bad weather, unavailability of transportation, fewer participants, or government/local restrictions, the organization may change or cancel the schedule, trek, itinerary, or camp without prior notice.
➢ No refunds will be issued if a participant chooses to terminate the tour at any point for any reason.


3. Code of Conduct & Discipline
➢ Participants must strictly follow the instructions given by the volunteer, instructor, or guide.
➢ Misbehaviour, arguments with volunteers/guides/instructors, or use of abusive language will be treated as a disciplinary issue and may result in cancellation of participation.
➢ Smoking, tobacco, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited. If any participant is found engaging in such activities, their participation will be immediately cancelled, and no further services, return tickets, or refunds will be provided.
➢ Only pure vegetarian food will be served within the campsite.
➢ Wearing shorts is not allowed during activity hours and trekking for safety and discipline reasons.
➢ Participants are not allowed to leave the camp, hotel, or guest house without permission from the camp manager.


4. Responsibilities & Liabilities
➢ VOYAGERS ADVENTURE is not responsible for any loss of luggage or valuables carried by participants.
➢ VOYAGERS ADVENTURE reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or modify the itinerary. The final decision rests with the VOYAGERS ADVENTURE administration.
➢ Any additional costs arising due to bad weather, roadblocks (landslides/snowfall), government/local authority restrictions, vehicle strikes, transportation issues, or delays are not included in the camp fees and must be borne by the participants.
➢ Any damage to camp property (e.g., tents, equipment) caused by a participant must be compensated immediately during the camp.


5. Acknowledgment of Risk
➢ Participants acknowledge that they are attending the camp/activity at their own risk and responsibility. VOYAGERS ADVENTURE or its representatives are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or fatalities that may occur during the camp.
➢ By registering for the camp, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

6.We shall not bear any cost for flight | bus | train cancellation or delay due to Bad weather or any other reason which are not in our control. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by passenger by at own.
7. There would be no refund for the road blocks due to natural calamity/any other reason. The alternate accommodation Cost at particular destination due to the same shall be borne by passenger directly.
8. No Refund or Compensation for any unused services or transport in any kind of circumstance.
